It is no more news that one time promising rapper turn pop singer skales, has parts ways with Banky W lead record label imprint EME. It still breaking my heart that skales, 4 years in desert with EME like that, without him achieving his musical goal their.
What I can actually says that he benefit from the label that tagged him “unprofitable venture” that they cannot continue doing business with, is that he finished is university study under the label camp.

Skales, lost his clear vision for himself in this situation. He was known as rapper but later change to pop singer because of pressure from his label, due to the huge success of wizkid.
Having a clear vision about yourself and your style of music will make you great and relevant.
Mission: This attribute in another way means destination. As a hungry new act, you must have clear mission of what you really what to become and how you are going to accomplished it.
Their is no accurate mission of where is going to be from him or the label during his years with them, that later make him lost in that category by started recording what is not is real potential talent.
PASION: In my own view — this is most important attributes because talent without ion will bring failure, “stick to your own style of music”. He fined himself in studio recording pop song under the shadow of wizkid while he neglects his love and ion for rapping music.
Direction: This is another attribute that must take note by note act. Label, manager and Publicist are their for profit purpose,
not that you are their family or they like you. New act must take note of this attribute from himself and his team.
He was just wandering around without motive what he really wants for. He once again lost in this area, he find himself doing what is wrong to his style of music and later failure from it. Nobody give him warning of what is doing. I will advice you to cross check yourself in every 6 months
