The supreme court stands on their verdict for controversial clergy leader Rev King to be die by hanging.
Revered King was convicted for act of killing a church member years ago, but Nigerian apex court, supreme court dismissed his appeal and declared him to be die by hanging.
The court however vacated the five 20 years jail handed him by a federal high court in Lagos. Justice Sylvester Ngwuta, the lead judge ruled that the death sentence by the Lagos court be upheld.
JustcieNgwuta said the facts against Rev. King is like such that is seen in a horror movie. Ngwuta further stated that the appeal lacked merit thus case discharged.
