The immediate past governor of Lagos-State Batunde Raji Fashola, in recent days has been answering several questions over the extravagant spending of his istration.
The first corruption scandal that hit the immediate past governor is that of 78M he approved for his personal website upgrading and N139M on the drilling of two boreholes at his Lagos House.

According to several political analyst and commentator has speculated and also believe that scandal controversy surrounding Fashola might be because he is at loggerheads with Tinubu.
The highly controversial politicians Femi Fani Kayode, took to social media to advise his fellow colleague to make peace with Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
“Things are getting messier by the day. My advice to Tunde Fashola is to go and make peace with his benefactor, Bola Tinubu, before it is too late.”
