Former music editor of Pulse Nigeria and entertainment investigative journalist Joey Akan, who has been entangled with the controversies of business dealing between Iyanya, Ubi Franklin and Emma Nyra, has revealed that there is no No Non-Disclosure Agreement between Emma Nyra and Ubi Franklin.
In part 3 of the Joey Akan‘s Iyanya vs Ubi Franklin series, Ubi Franklin reported said that Iyanya‘s alleged claim that he assault Emma Nyra was false, and there is Non-Disclosure Agreement with the songstress and so he was not at liberty to talk about what ensued between them, with the public.
According to Ubi Franklin, they had agreed to keep mute on their issues, which was signed by both parties and bounded by the law. And he further revealed that whoever breached the agreement is liable to pay a sum of N10million to the other party.
