Nigerian afro-pop singer Iyanya signs to Don Jazzy‘s Mavin Records. He now ed the growing family of Mavin Records that consists artistes such as Tiwa Savage, Dr Sid, D’Prince, Reekado Banks, Korede Bello, Di’ja, Baby Fresh and Altims.
The announcement of Iyanya to Mavin family was made known to the public on all Instagram s that associated with Mavin Records.
After his departure from Made Men Music Group, Iyanya firstly signed a management deal with Temple Productions which is management company for Mavin Records and this will be first time in history that a pop star in Nigeria will leave his own established label to sign up to close competing company.
In his own words, ” I am at a decision-making curve in my music career why i have to make the right professional and creative decisions. At this point, I realized the need to put in solid structures in place to move to the next level of my career. I think I have found the professional and creative backbone in Mavin Records.
They already have a new song called Up to Something featuring Dr SID and Don Jazzy.
